Engineering global control with law, technology and creativity

In a world where regulatory regimes fragment, geopolitical pressure increases and systems are expected to remain reliable under stress, organisations require architectures that prioritise control, assurance and clarity across jurisdictions.

At Unicorn Intelligence Wizards we advise where governance complexities meet global architecture. We design and advise on high-assurance data infrastructures and frameworks that if needed separate assets, liability and operations across borders. Every layer is engineered for precision: global data routing, private-cloud control and high-assurance security built into the system itself.

Our discipline merges law, data, infrastructure and intelligence into one coherent architecture - lawful by logic, not just by paperwork. We go deeper than regulation and further than compliance, and work on a global scale.

You need a data wizard

The architectures we design need to be more rugged, safer and more intelligent than conventional approaches. They are built to perform in high-assurance and high-pressure environments - across jurisdictions, regimes and infrastructures - without ever losing precision or control.

This depth enables two extremes to coexist:

High-assurance & defense-grade environments

Our advisory work is applied in environments where failure is not an option. As an independent strategic advisor, we combine deep knowledge of defense and government frameworks, cross-jurisdiction data strategies, and risk and security governance with rugged, hands-on technical understanding at architectural level. We support defense and government organizations, defense contractors, and regulated industries operating under jurisdictional, security and audit constraints. Our work regularly takes place in contexts shaped by allied security requirements, Authorization to Operate (ATO) processes, EU Classified Information (EUCI), U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) frameworks, NIST SP 800-53 and NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, ITAR and EAR export controls, as well as international security standards such as ISO/IEC 27001. The same architectural principles that protect national-security data are used to secure critical commercial and strategic systems across jurisdictions.

If you want to take control of your data, you have to be on top of it

You have to be where the data is, and cannot trust others to do this for you, even if the contract makes you believe you are safe. Organisations operate across multiple jurisdictions and regimes, often without full visibility. Data moves out of sight, between jurisdictions and regimes, with many global forces pulling on it. To protect data you must understand its core. Data doesn’t live on paper and can only sparingly be controlled in contracts.

After Schrems II and a wave of transparency frameworks, many believed the digital world had become clearer. It hasn’t. It has become more opaque, more complex, and far more strategic. Select organisations have evolved: faster, smarter, and infinitely harder to read. Understanding them now demands mastery of how data truly operates - its flows, its jurisdictions, and its power. Some have turned this mastery into an art: constructing architectures that are both beautiful and terrifying, yet entirely lawful. We live in a time when you must be on top of the data, or you will be governed by those who are.

Control begins with a conversation.
