2) Applicability and scope
We operate under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and voluntarily adopt it as our internal compliance baseline, irrespective of client jurisdiction.
Our advisory practice extends across multiple regulatory environments, including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). By applying the strictest regime to ourselves, we ensure consistency, accountability and lawful control across all engagements.
3) What data we process
We apply the principle of data minimisation and collect only what is necessary:
- Contact information you voluntarily provide (name, business email, organisation, phone if supplied).
- Technical data automatically transmitted by your browser (IP address, timestamp, user agent) for security and stability.
- Aggregated or anonymised performance metrics used solely to monitor system reliability and integrity.

We do not sell, profile or combine personal data, and conduct no automated decision-making producing legal or similar effects.
